Don't work under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This applies on Apance property and when doing Apance work elsewhere. We offer support for employees dealing with substance abuse issues.
No Corruption
We don't allow bribery or corruption. Don't offer, give, or accept anything valuable to improperly influence business decisions. This includes money, expensive gifts, or excessive entertainment. Follow our guidelines on acceptable gifts and entertainment.
Fair Competition
Compete fairly based on our products and services. Follow antitrust and competition laws. Don't try to get or use competitors' confidential information unfairly.
Honest Financial Practices
Keep accurate and complete financial records. Follow accounting rules and our policies. If you're involved in financial processes, stick to our record-keeping policies and report any concerns.
No Insider Trading
Don't use non-public information about Apance or other companies we work with to trade stocks or share tips with others for trading.
Being a Good Corporate Citizen
We don't allow child labor, forced labor, or human trafficking in our operations or supply chain. We encourage community involvement and try to reduce our environmental impact.
